DONNA, Dental Assistant (CDA, EFDA)

Donna is a 1979 graduate of Luzerne County Community College with a Certificate of Specialization in Dental Assisting. She began her tenure with Drs. Watkins and Medura in 2001, working primarily with Dr. William Watkins. She is a certified dental assistant (CDA), licensed as an expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA) with the state of Pennsylvania and has 30 years experience in her profession.

Donna holds a Dental Assisting National Board certification, is an active member of the American Dental Assistants Association and its’ local component (NEPADAS) as well. She has served on the dental advisory board to LCCC’s dental program, assisting in the accreditation process of the program. Donna currently holds the position of adjunct instructor at LCCC in their EFDA program.

I am married with two daughters and reside in Wilkes Barre. After the tremendous satisfaction that I receive by providing the very best dental care possible for our patients, I am happiest when I am cooking or baking for a crowd or riding my motorcycle.
